Option 1 – Transport to and from Green Motion.
• Arrive at George Best Belfast City Airport.
• Call Green Motion Office on (0044) 02890731988
• Explain you are a Green Motion customer and have arrived at the airport to be picked up.
• Please specify how many passengers there are .
• A Green Motion representative will collect you from the front entrance of the airport and bring you to the office where you will receive your hire vehicle.
• When returning your vehicle, you will be transported back to the airport.
Option 2 – Make your own way.
• 6 minute drive/57 minute walk.
• Arrive at George Best Belfast City Airport and head to 22 Heron Road, Belfast, BT3 9LE.
• Exit George Best Belfast City Airport and head Southwest (left) onto Sydenham By-Pass/A2.
• At the roundabout take the first exit.
• Slight left onto Sydenham By-Pass/A2.
• Take the exit toward Belfast/Hollywood Exchange Retail Park .
• At the roundabout, take the 1st exit .
• At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Airport Road W.
• Turn left onto Heron Road.
• Green Motion depot will be on the left.

From Arrivals follow the signs for Trains/NEC heading to the free Shuttle. Board the Shuttle. The travel time is 2 minutes. After the Shuttle, follow signs for Bus Stop Sa & Sb. At the bottom of the escalator is the office.

Green Motion Bristol airport is easy to locate. On arrival at the airport, exit the terminal building and turn right immediately. After 300 yards, go straight over the first roundabout and in the direction of the main airport roundabout. Turn left. The location is situated 100 yards of the right inside Forge Motel, which is approximately 5 minutes walk.
Additionally, you can call 0044 1179 595700 after collecting your luggage. The branch will advise you on where to take a shuttle to be transferred to the Green Motion office

On return of your vehicle, please return to the Green Motion Office. The branch will take you back to the airport. Please allow an extra 10 minutes in case of busy periods.

Arriving at East Midlands Airport by air, please collect your luggage and once outside arrivals please telephone 01332 220770 to arrange your shuttle bus transfer to our site at the Hilton East Midlands Airport Hotel. Our Green Motion shuttle bus will be waiting at the rapid drop off opposite the departures terminal. We offer a complimentary shuttle service for all our customers.

Out of Hours £30 up to midnight and then £75.00 after midnight.

New Collection Details ( Effective on 28th of October):
Green Motion Edinburgh Airport is located within the Secure Airparks Car Park and offers a complimentary shuttle service.
After collecting your luggage exit the airport and make your way towards bus stop H located outside the departures terminal. This is the bus stop where you will be collected by Secure Airparks bus. Inform the driver you are a Green Motion Customer.
Once you arrive at Secure Airparks Car Park, please exit at Bus Stop 2 - you will see Green Motion Vehicle Rental located opposite this stop.
The shuttle bus runs approximately every 10 minutes (24 hours a day) with a journey time 3 minutes, even if your flight is late at night.
Note: The new station is 4x larger than the current Green Motion station at Edinburgh Airport, and the shuttle bus capacity has been increased to handle 40 passengers per trip. Our new station comes with 8 terminals to process customers and we have also introduced a ticketing system to manage clients during peak times.

Arriving at Glasgow Airport, please call 0141 433 8268 to arrange collection. A Green Motion representative will collect you in our Green Motion shuttle bus from Car Park 2, ZONE D.
Car Park 2 can be found as you exit the main terminal below the multi story car park. Please note it can take between 5 -15 minutes for the shuttle bus to arrive.
Arriving at Glasgow Airport by TRAIN the nearest station is Paisley Gilmour Street, just over one mile from the terminal and connected by the McGill's 757 bus service.

Pick Up Instructions
Local: If you are local / on foot then please come straight to the Green Motion desk at the Store First Building.
Airport: If you are flying into Liverpool John Lennon Airport, once your plane has landed please call the office on: 0151 230 1131 to arrange collection. You will be given two pick up options; the first at the Yellow Submarine across the road from the terminal building and the second at the free car park a short 2 minute walk away. On collection you will be helped with your bags and driven to the Green Motion location to fill out the paperwork and get you quickly on your way.
Once your trip is complete simply drop the vehicle off at the Green Motion location, hand in your keys and be driven back to the airport by one of our excellent staff.
Customers arriving by flight only - On flight arrivals please call 0207 186 0016 for the private shuttle service and proceed to the short term car park waiting area. Please allow up to 15 minutes for the shuttle service to arrive. Please be aware shuttle service will only be provided for customers who are flying in to the Airport. If you are travelling locally on public transport i.e train please exit Royal Albert (DLR) station, turn right onto dockside road, we can be found opposite travel lodge. Location is will connected via the A13, GPS co ordinates E16 2QT.

We will accept bookings from 0600 to 2100. Any bookings requests between 2100 and 0600 will be on request only and subject to a £30 out of hours fee.
Please note that in the event that your booking falls outside the branch opening hours your booking may be subject to a out of hours surcharge. We are unable to accept out of hours returns. At the South Terminal head for bus stop 9 and from the North Terminal head for bus stop 12. The free Green Motion shuttle service runs continuously during our opening hours. Collection Details: Green Motion Heathrow are based within the Holiday Inn M4J4 on Sipson Road. Once you have arrived at the terminal the best way to proceed to the Hotel is via the Airport Hotel Hoppa Bus Service. This operates from every Terminal from approximately 0430 hours until 2330 hours every day.
Clients arriving into Terminals 2 or 3 should take the H1 to the Holiday Inn M4J4.
Bus stops 9 & 10 from Terminal 2.
Bus stops 12 & 13 from Terminal 3.
Clients arriving into Terminal 4 should take the free Heathrow Express train to Terminal 2 followed by the H1 bus from bus stops 9 & 10.
Clients arriving into Terminal 5 should take the H51 to the Holiday Inn M4J4, bus stop 16.
Once you arrive at the hotel our office is next to the bus stop on your right opposite the front door of the hotel.
** Please note you will have pay for the Hoppa Bus Service.
On arrival, please proceed to Bus Stand D to board the Bus Service A provided by Arriva Bus Service and disembark at the Hampton By Hilton Hotel Bus Stop. You are required to present your Vehicle Rental Booking Voucher (Paper copy or E-voucher on your phone) to the bus driver when boarding the bus to travel free of charge. You will receive a free shuttle service on your return to the airport provided by Arriva Bus Service when you present your Vehicle Rental Booking Voucher or Green Motion Rental Agreement to the bus driver. Green Motion car hire at Manchester International Airport is conveniently based only a few minutes drive from the main terminal building and we provide a free shuttle service for your convenience.
When you arrive at Manchester Airport please proceed to the following bus stops and wait for collection. You are looking for a large yellow and grey bus branded Care Parks / FSS Parking that will circulate every 20 - 30 mins.
Please proceed out of the main arrival floors doors (Sign posted towards the taxi's and buses) and make your way left down the pavement to Bus Stop E.
Please proceed out of the main doors on the ground floor, turn right and make your way to Bus Stop C on Palma Avenue.
Please proceed out of the main arrivals floor doors (Sign posted towards the taxi's and buses) and make your way to Bus Stop D
Airport Train Station
Please make your way to either Terminal 1 or Terminal 2 collection bus stop. We cannot collect from the station pick up area.

Manchester Airport are able to accept "out of hours" returns or pick ups. Out of Hours is charged £30 up to midnight and then £75.00 after midnight.

When you arrive at the airport you will need to call the branch on 0191250 5600 and let them know you need collecting.
Once you have confirmed your pick up, follow signs for express pick up/ drop off leaving from the doors next to the Jet2 ticket desk, once outside cross the road using the zebra crossing to the main express pick up shelter closest to the exit barriers and wait for a Green Motion representative.
